Swent does not currently provide automatic refunds for paid products or services once payment is completed.
If you believe there is a genuine issue with your payment, access, or service delivery, you can write to policy@swent.co with your registered email address, payment details, and a short explanation of the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed by Swent on a case-by-case basis. Writing to us does not guarantee a refund, but it helps us investigate payment or access issues fairly.
If a refund request is found eligible and approved by Swent, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 7 working days.
SwentPASS
SwentPASS is shown on the Social page as our flagship product. Any refund request for SwentPASS should be sent to the same policy email with the details of the purchase.
