Swent helps rental seekers discover listings, compare homes, and connect with agents or owners through our platform.

These Terms apply when you access Swent, create an account, browse listings, use SwentGPT, manage properties, express interest in SwentPASS, or purchase any Swent product or service.

1. Use of Swent

You may use Swent to browse rental listings, access home-search tools, manage listed properties, express interest in SwentPASS, and use available Swent products such as SwentGPT.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for genuine rental-search or property-listing purposes.

2. Account and Access

Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for activity from your account and must not misuse contact access, leads, or platform data.

You must not share your account access, use automated scraping, resell leads or contact data, impersonate another user, or submit fake rental-seeker or property-listing information.

3. Listings and Contacts

Swent works to improve access to relevant rental leads and contacts. Listing details, availability, rent, and contact information may change over time and should be verified before making rental decisions.

Swent does not own the listed homes and does not guarantee that every listing, contact, rent amount, or availability status will remain unchanged after it appears on the platform.

Swent provides leads and contact access to support your rental search. You should still use caution while vetting people, listings, and rental terms. Scammers may try to reach users through different channels, so meet people in public places where possible, avoid random cash exchanges, and verify authenticity before making any commitment. If something looks suspicious, write to us at policy@swent.co.

4. SwentPASS

SwentPASS is our flagship paid home-search product shown on the Social page. It is designed to provide priority access for a 2-month period, including access to leads and contacts as described on the product page.

The current SwentPASS price and included access details are shown on the Pricing page before purchase.

5. Payments and Service Delivery

Payments, when enabled, are accepted for Swent products and services shown on the platform. Pricing and service details are shown before purchase.

By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment is for the Swent product or service described at checkout.

Access to paid Swent products is provided through your Swent account or through the product flow shown on the platform. If your payment succeeds but access is not reflected, contact us at policy@swent.co.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Swent does not currently provide automatic refunds once payment is completed, but users may write to policy@swent.co for review of genuine payment, access, or service delivery issues.

7. Privacy

We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment processing may involve third-party payment providers and banking partners.

8. Misuse and Safety

We may restrict or suspend access if we identify fake listings, fake seekers, harassment, misuse of contact data, fraud, or other activity that harms platform safety.

Paid access may also be restricted if a transaction is reported as unauthorized, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or linked to misuse of the platform.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

Swent provides rental-search access, listing discovery, and home-search tools. Rental decisions, visits, deposits, lease terms, and final agreements are between users, agents, owners, or other relevant parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any concerns should first be raised with Swent using the contact details below.
